Welcome to Rising Tides! We’re thrilled to have you join our community and participate in our transformative Rising Tides events. These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure a clear, fair, and positive experience for everyone. By registering for, purchasing, or attending any Rising Tides event, you agree to these terms. Please take a moment to read them carefully, and don’t hesitate to reach out if anything is unclear.
We are committed to providing exceptional experiences. While we aim for perfect accuracy in our event descriptions, minor adjustments to content, schedule, or facilitators may occasionally occur to enhance the programme. We will always communicate any significant changes promptly and will clearly signpost on our website. Please check the individual event page for what’s included and any specific prerequisites.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in GBP. Full payment is required at the time of booking for all seminars, workshops, one-to-one sessions, and programmes, unless an instalment plan is offered and agreed upon in writing. Please note that prices include VAT at the appropriate rate (where applicable), as indicated on the event page. You will receive a confirmation and receipt via email upon successful payment.
Cancellation by Rising Tides
In the unlikely event that Rising Tides needs to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facilitator illness, insufficient bookings) we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date or event. Rising Tides is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses, should an event be cancelled or postponed.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before, or non-attendance, will not be eligible for a refund. We may, at our discretion, allow rescheduling of a 1-to-1 session within 7 days, in which case the 25% administrative fee will be waived for that specific reschedule.

Cancellations made at least 2 months before the scheduled start will be eligible for a refund minus a 10% administrative fee of the total cost. Cancellations made less than 2 months before the start will incur a 50% charge of the total cost, with the remainder refunded. Non-attendance will not be eligible for a refund.
Group Programmes:
Due to the unique nature and preparation involved in our programmes, they are non-refundable once purchased. We encourage you to carefully consider your commitment before booking.
Agreement:
One-on-one sessions are aimed at addressing limitations or blocks in your personal or business life.
